Village Teams Council

The Village Teams Council works to develop a formal governance structure to make decisions around the comprehensive work in The Village. The goals for this team include:

• Reflecting the diversity of the community in the structure, providing ownership opportunities, and supporting the components of a healthy Village.
• Strengthening leadership that supports residents in uniting and mobilizing their neighbors to address community needs and concerns.
• Building capacity to help working teams drive the growth and development of The Village.
• Supporting and connecting networks and resources that strengthen the components of a healthy Village.
• Developing opportunities that foster positive relationships between and among diverse cultures, generations, and beliefs to unify neighbors, and strengthen communities.
