The Southeastern Teen Center

Teens and young adults in the Diamond Neighborhoods have a safe place to gather and grow thanks to the unique youth-led and youth-run Southeastern Teen Center (Tha’ S.E.T.).

Each week, more than 150 youth from diverse backgrounds connect with cultural enrichment, educational support, community involvement, and recreational activities offered at Tha’ S.E.T. Teen center staff members assist teens with mentoring, coaching, and support in academic accountability, personal challenges, and health and fitness opportunities. Teen voices are also important in the development The Village.

Tha’ S.E.T. sponsors basketball and flag football teams, offer a music composition class, and provides video and arcade-style games. To learn more, call 619-264-4575.
